The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers.  You may choose only the items you desire.  However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead.  If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.  This list does not include the prices for certain items, such as cemetery fees, flowers, gratuities, etc.  Prior to drafting any contract for goods and services, the responsible party or the decedent’s survivor who is handling the funeral arrangements is entitled to  receive a copy of any preneed agreement in the possession of the funeral home that has been signed and paid for, in full or in part, by or on behalf of the decedent.

Basic Services of Funeral Director & Staff:  $ 755

Our charge includes funeral consultation, necessary arrangements, recording vital statistics, securing permits, filing and obtaining death certificates and other forms and claims, preparation of necessary notices, and coordination of service plans with parties involved in the final disposition of the deceased.  This fee is for our basic services and overhead which will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select.  This fee is already included in a limited manner, in our charges for direct cremation, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.

Embalming:  $ 455

Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law.  Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing.  If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

This charge includes removal of remains, limited services of funeral director & staff, necessary authorizations, embalming & local transportation to air facility.  Shipping charges and staff & facilities for visitation are not included.

Receiving Remains from another Funeral Home:  $ 825

This charge includes local transportation to the funeral home, limited services of funeral director & staff to oversee interment and vehicle to local cemetery.  Use of facilities, funeral director or staff for visitation or funeral services are not included.

Direct Cremation (exclusive of viewing or funeral service):  $ 945

This charge includes local removal, care of remains, transportation to local crematory, cremation fee, limited services of funeral director & staff, securing of necessary authorizations & permits, and minimum alternative (cardboard) container.  If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container.  Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composite materials (with or without an outside covering).  The containers we provide are cardboard.

Immediate Burial (exclusive of viewing or funeral service):  $ 825

This charge includes local removal, care of remains, transportation to local cemetery, limited services of funeral director & staff to oversee interment and securing of necessary permits and authorizations.

After Hours Transfer of Remains to Funeral Home (after 5 PM):  $  95

Second Attendant (assistance on removal of remains):  $  95
